Sonoma County contractor project
Sonoma County · Wine Country

Sonoma County
general contractor.

Wine-country estates, downtown Healdsburg craftsman homes, ranch properties off the 101, Sebastopol farmhouses. Sonoma County has some of the most varied residential work in California. We travel north for the right projects.

Building in Sonoma County.

Sonoma is bigger than most people realize. From the dense downtowns of Petaluma and Santa Rosa to the rural roads of Glen Ellen and Kenwood to the coast at Bodega Bay, the county covers everything from urban infill to working ranch land. The construction calls for that variety.

Wildland-urban interface fire code applies almost everywhere. The 2017 and 2020 fires reset the standard for new construction and major rebuilds — Class A roofing, ember-resistant venting, defensible-space landscaping, hardened siding. We build to those standards as a default, not as an upgrade.

Sonoma areas we serve.

Healdsburg

Downtown craftsmans, hillside contemporary builds, vineyard estates.

Sonoma · Glen Ellen · Kenwood

Wine-country properties, historic homes, agricultural-overlay parcels.

Petaluma

Victorian downtown, west-side hillsides, eastern ranches.

Santa Rosa

Wider housing stock — Hidden Valley, Bennett Valley, Fountaingrove rebuilds.

Sebastopol

Apple farms, west-county hillside homes, contemporary infill.

Bodega · Bodega Bay

Coastal homes with salt-exposure and wind-rated assembly considerations.

Sonoma County FAQ.

Where in Sonoma County do you work? +
Across the county. Healdsburg, Sonoma, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Bodega Bay, Glen Ellen, Kenwood, Windsor, and the rural ranches in between. The county is large; we're choosy about the projects we travel for.
Do you do wine-country estate work? +
Yes. Wine-country properties often combine main house renovations with guest house, garage, pool, and outdoor entertaining work. We coordinate the entire scope as one project rather than as five separate trades.
Are you familiar with Sonoma's WUI fire requirements? +
Yes. Most of Sonoma County is in California's wildland-urban interface. New construction and major renovations have specific code requirements for roofing, eave protection, vent screening, fenestration, and defensible space. We design and build to those standards.
