Are you licensed and insured? +
Yes. CSLB License #992507, Class B General Building. Fully insured for liability and worker's comp. We carry the paperwork to every first meeting so you can verify on the spot.
What size projects do you take on? +
Anywhere from a single bathroom remodel to a full luxury home build. We're a family-owned shop, so every project gets owner-level attention regardless of size.
Do you do design as well as construction? +
We collaborate with you and your designer (or ours) from concept through punch list. We're a hands-on design-build team, not just a hammer for hire.
What's the Lutron specialty about? +
Smart-home integration is a separate skill set most contractors outsource. We have a Lutron specialist on the team who handles lighting, shades, climate, and landscape controls in-house — wired right the first time.
How long until you can start? +
Depends on the season and the project. We're transparent with you about scheduling on the first call. We don't book work we can't deliver on.
